Do I need an app to make a call?
No. Dial your Dialtel number from your registered phone and we connect you. The upcoming mobile app is optional — for top-ups, history, and in-app calling.How does Dialtel know it’s me?
We identify you by your caller ID (ANI). Register the phones you call from; any of them can reach your balance. An optional PIN adds a second factor.How are calls billed?
Per minute, billed in 6-second increments. You hear the rate before each call; the exact charge posts when you hang up. We hold the maximum possible cost up front and release the unused portion immediately.What if a call doesn’t connect?
Failed bridges aren’t billed. The pre-call hold is released within a few seconds.How do top-ups work?
